DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

• In today's world of apparel, fashion Changes almost every 2-3 months in regards to styling and lot of new developments from different suppliers are introduced into the market. In Concepts we create our own range of fabrics and garments keeping in mind our buyer needs – Pricing and Market. We have in-house team of designers and provide designs and services to our clients as and when required. To be more competitive we keep on sending new developments in fabrics and garments to our clients to bring them up to date with new developments. We work very close with mills and suppliers so our development lead time in lab dips, Knit downs and Bit looms is very less compare to some of our competitors. Along with fabric mills we work with chemical companies to work on new finishes and dye stuff to provide latest available technology in garments and fabrics.

• The Advent of globalization and elimination of quotas has placed an increasing demand of suppliers to provide value added products and services, including the demonstration of socially responsible production. In Particular, to remain competitive in global market place, Both buyers and suppliers are under pressure to comply with generally accepted international labor standards and internal code of conduct.. These standards and code elements refer to both working conditions and workers welfare in a factory. In short the objective is to overtly demonstrate that the management operates a socially responsible enterprise.

• Pre Buyer Evaluation of factory: Prior to the final audit by the buyer, Concepts will evaluate the factory or compliance to the buyers requirements
• Technical Training and assistance for the factories in implementing code of conduct program.
• Follow up and implementation of Corrective Action Plan per third party audits.
• Verification of compliance to programs. Goal is to carry out objective and informed evaluation of factory compliance of labor laws and code of conduct and recommend constructive actions to correct non compliant items.
